We launched the Enamorados Campaign, rewarding prepaid users with a cinema ticket when they reloaded 150 pesos or more in airtime. The promotion targeted 2.5 million users nationwide, achieving an impressive 14% redemption rate. Users received their tickets as a gift code via SMS, which they could redeem at the box office of any traditional Cinépolis branch across the country.
